Last Minute: If you are able to come on short notice (less than 4 weeks) you can take advantage of our Big Discounts on open weeks. Email me for a deal.
Are you Repeat Customers? We always discount repeat customers. (Unless Holiday weeks or rates that have already been Discounted)

Deposit

Booking: When you are Ready to Book: simply send a reply email from our email response we send you informing you of the Rate of the week you requested, tell me you are ready to Book and I will send you a reservation form (PDF).
Deposit: 50% to Book. The Balance due 60 days before Arrival.
Payment: M/C, Visa, American Express and Checks. (Free margaritas if you pay with a check!)
