Meals are cooked in our On-site Professional Kitchen and delivered Family Style to your villa.

Villa Food Service

The Food Service is completely optional. We offer the service because many of our guest love renting a vacation rentals but miss the convenience of a resort where they don't have to cook. Most of our Guest Mix it up have Chef Miguel Cook, try a few restaurants and cook some themselves. Many of our guest with young children especially like the fact that they have the option of arranging a dinner with Miguel for the adults in the group after they have put the kids to bed, you also don't have to worry about drinking and driving or even getting dressed up because it's in "your villa" you can wear your swim suit to dinner!

  • No discount when ordering "Virgin Drinks"
  • We do not supply sodas with meals.
  • We offer Champagne or Sparkling Wine (Extra Charge) for special occasions.

Service:

  • Meals are delivered Family Style; Family Style means that Everyone will receive Same Dinner. Sorry but we are not set-up for Restaurant style ordering where each person can order something different. Meals are served on platters, each item is covered with plastic wrap to keep warm and to keep the bugs off while delivering.
  • We Do Not Set the Table nor do we return to Clean Up Afterward, maids will clean the dishes the next day (not Sunday),just rinse them and leave by the sink.

Special Request:

  • Food Allergies - Let Chef Miguel know of any food allergies and he will work around that for the affected person. Note: Gluten Free is easy in Mexico since most meals are made with Corn verses Flour - the only flour we would be serving in most cases is the flour tortillas we serve on the side and flour used in some of the desserts. None of our meals include Peanuts or are cooked with Peanut Oil. None of meals include Shellfish unless labeled.
  • Vegetarian/Vegan - have a Vegetarian in your group, let Chef Miguel know and he will prepare an entree for that person. No discount for Vegetarian/Vegan substitutions.
  • Organic - Organic "Fresh" Fruits and Vegetables are not readily available here in the Cancun area.
  • Chilies - Unless Requested or Noted on the Menu - We do NOT serve anything Spicy - Any salsa with any "Heat" is served on the side.

If you're a seafood and Fish aficionado, there is nothing like the freshness of the Seafood and fish that Chef Miguel has available to him to cook with. He actually calls the fishermen while they're still fishing to order his seafood and fish for that day meals. We have guests whom say they aren't a "Fish" person whom change into a "Fish" person once they taste what really fresh fish is like. Went Fishing? The Chef will be happy to prepare your fish and add some side dishes and dessert for your dinner.

If you like Pork then you will really like the pork we have in Southern Mexico, it is very flavorful. The butcher Chef Miguel goes to is also the pig farmer and the pork is fresh daily. Pork is used in one of the favorite dinners of our guest; a Mayan Regional Pork Dish called (Cochinita) made with Fresh Pork roasted in banana leaves seasoned with mild spices and sour orange juice, then shredded and served with warm tortillas. FYI: If you're a fan of Top Chef on Bravo TV - The 1st Season of Top Chef Masters was won by Chicago's Frontera Grill owner Chef Rick Bayless - his winning dish Cochinita!
