Villa Paradise - Playa Paraisio

 

Villa Paradise is a brand-new beachside villa, completed in July 2005, and completely redone after Hurricane Wilma in early 2007. The one word to describe Villa Paradise is the balconies, each of the bedrooms has a large balcony with sitting area for a place to relax and take in the great views of the Caribbean Ocean. The villa also has several roof top sunning areas. The pool patio area is just steps from the kitchen - it has its own pool cabana (bath & shower), outdoor grill area with patio furniture. This villa is perfect for family vacations - the parents can have the large master bedroom on the top floor, which has its own coffee refreshment area and a large balcony and private rooftop terrace. Guest of Villa Paradise can have meals prepared by Chef Miguel and his cook from the Secret Beach Villas on request.

Beach Front/Side
This Villa is more like a beachside than beach front – the open area to the beach is at the side of the villa verses the back of the villa, about 100 feet away from the back door.


The villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with nothing built directly behind it or on one side.

4 Bedrooms (sleeps 8 Adults + 1 to 2 children in bedrooms with adults)

    1st Master Bedroom - ocean view - 3rd floor - with King bed, in suite bathroom with walk-in shower, alarm clock & private balcony and 2 private roof top terraces. This master bedroom also has a coffee/refreshment center with small refrigerator, coffee maker, sink and counter space. The bedroom has a large built-in sofa area that is bed enough for a child to sleep in.
    2nd Master Bedroom - ocean view - 2nd floor - with King bed, in suite bathroom with walk-in shower, alarm clock, walk-in closets, built-in sofa area (large enough for a small child to sleep) & private balcony.
    3rd Bedroom - ocean view - 2nd floor - with King bed, in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closets & private balcony.
    4th Bedroom - ocean view - 2nd floor - with 2 twin beds, in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closets & private balcony. NOTE: the twin beds can not be moved together to make a king since they are on built-in platforms.

NOTE:  The villa is set-up for 6 to 8 adults + 2 to 3 with young children sleeping in the parents bedrooms. The master bedroom have built in sofas that are youth bed size and work well for children under 5.

FREE PHONE - the villa has a USA Vonage phone Free calls to the USA and Canada and the UK. The property mangers will also give you a cell phone to call them if you have any problems.

Broadband -  the villa has a wireless broadband, there is an extra charge of $50 for use We also have a Del laptop that we rent out for $50 per week, or bring your own.

Outside Grill

Full-time Staff - The staff will come to the property daily to clean the villa and the pool. The staff works Monday - Saturday.

Bed linens, both bath and beach towels provided.

Washer and dryer.

We have vehicles for rent - on request they will be waiting at the villas for you - all are insured (3 mini-vans, a Suburban and a Excursion.)
